Culhane Meadows is now CM Law and is still the largest, national women-owned (WBE), full service law firm in the country. We are actively seeking a seasoned (at least 8 years of practice) Real Estate partner with a primary focus on commercial real estate transactions, skill set should include several of the following: development, lending, acquisitions, dispositions, financings (acquisition, construction and permanent loans), commercial leasing (office and retail), apartment, multi-family and hotel properties, REITS, property management and brokerage agreements, joint venture investments, debt restructurings and workouts. Candidates should have led deals and spent time at an AmLaw 200 firm (or similar experience), and have a self-sufficient portable client work (at least $250k year).
