Daniel brings extensive experience advising corporations, high-net-worth individuals, estates, trusts, and nonprofits on complex U.S. tax matters. His practice focuses on helping clients anticipate tax considerations, evaluate opportunities, and develop strategies tailored to their financial, business, and family objectives.
His experience includes proactive income-tax planning and multi-year projections; advanced estate and gift tax planning; charitable strategies and tax-exempt organizations; fiduciary income taxation; partnership and real estate tax; IRS practice and procedure; and cross-border compliance involving FBAR, FATCA, FIRPTA, and treaty-based positions.

Daniel’s background reflects both a strong academic foundation and a broad perspective on tax and financial matters. Born and raised in Romania, he immigrated to the United States and earned a B.A. in Sociology, magna cum laude, from College of the Ozarks. He subsequently earned a B.S. in Accounting from Western Governors University, where he received the WGU Excellence Award, and his J.D. in the Honors Program at Regent University School of Law.
Throughout his career, Daniel has advised hundreds of domestic and international clients, translating complex tax rules into clear, actionable guidance. He works closely with CPAs, financial advisers, trustees, and other professionals to integrate tax planning with broader financial and estate objectives.
Daniel also brings a strong commitment to teaching and professional education. He lectures in Regent University’s Law and Business schools, including courses in advanced taxation, and regularly speaks to professional audiences on the intersection of fiduciary taxation, charitable planning and individual and business tax strategy.

Daniel is fluent in English and Romanian. Outside of his practice, he enjoys studying history, playing and coaching soccer, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
