CM Law Welcomes Three New Partners: Emily Rosdeitcher in New York, Andrew Nichols in D.C., and Mike Piazza in Austin

The Addition of Three New Litigation Partners Enhances CM Law’s Already Deep Bench of Legal Professionals Representing a Global Roster of Clients

As we continue to celebrate our second decade, CM Law PLLC (formerly Culhane Meadows), the largest, national, full-service women-owned and managed law firm in the U.S., is pleased to announce it has added three new litigation partners to its rapidly growing roster of experienced attorneys serving clients from more than a dozen business markets nationwide.

Emily Rosdeitcher (erosdeitcher@cm.law) is a commercial litigator in our New York office who has represented insurance companies, hospitals, investors, and other corporate, institutional, and individual clients in state and federal courts.  She has litigated a wide range of commercial matters, including contract disputes, insurance fraud, defamation, and copyright and trademark infringement, and has represented artists, music producers, and filmmakers in contract negotiations and litigation. She is admitted to practice in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Andrew Nichols (anichols@cm.law) focuses on appellate proceedings and critical high-stakes motions at the trial level. He joins CM Law after several years in a business-litigation boutique. Before that, he was a partner in Winston & Strawn’s appellate and critical motions group, which he co-founded in 2005 and which Legal 500 called “outstanding in all respects.” He has been named a “top legal lion” by Law360 for his work in the U.S. Supreme Court. A skilled oral and written advocate, Andrew has extensive experience in mass torts, intellectual property litigation, and business disputes of all kinds. He is admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, federal district courts nationwide, and in both state and federal courts in Washington, DC, and Virginia.

Mike Piazza (mpiazza@cm.law) joins CM Law’s Austin, TX office. He was formerly a partner with Akin Gump, Greenberg Traurig, and DLA Piper. Mike also served as the Regional Trial Counsel at the Pacific Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is a litigator with extensive experience in white-collar defense, securities litigation, complex commercial litigation, bet-the-company business disputes, and accountant liability. With a focus on regulatory compliance, investigations, dispute resolution, and trial representation, Mike counsels clients in a wide range of industries regarding matters including SEC enforcement defense, securities litigation, Government subpoena response, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering compliance, Sanctions compliance, insider trading, and whistleblower complaints.

“Andrew, Emily, and Mike are outstanding additions to the CM Law family,” says Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner Kelly Rittenberry Culhane. “The rigor they apply to their practices is wholly in sync with CM Law’s commitment to serve as Client Minded Advocates for everyone we represent.”
