Dallas, TX— Nicole W. Joseph, MSc has joined Culhane Meadows, the largest women-owned national, full-service law firm in the country, as their first Chief Operations Officer and Finance Director.

With a background in operations management, strategic planning and leadership, Nicole has spent much of her career in the finance industry, where she held senior managerial roles at firms such as Morgan Stanley and Moody’s Corporation. She was Chief Operating Officer at Sharestates, Inc., and has partnered in her own consulting firm.

Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University and went on to complete the Executive Education program at Harvard Business School and earned an Executive Master of Science from Columbia University, where she has been an Associate Instructor since 2017.
