Mark V.B. Partridge is an internationally recognized IP attorney with decades of experience helping large corporations, entrepreneurs, and creative businesses protect brands, content, and ideas online, in the courtroom, and in the boardroom. A graduate of Harvard Law School, his career has closely aligned with the rise of technology and the internet, expanding as new issues and conflicts have arisen with the breakneck speed of digital adoption. Mark is committed to alternative dispute resolution (ADR), which offers clients tailored, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. He also has served as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and as a Lanham Act mediator in Illinois Federal Court.

Jordan Arnot Leahey works with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to ‘starving artists,’ using her business acumen to understand her clients’ overall goals and develop strategies to meet their specific needs. Her intellectual property and tech transactions practice includes complex transactions, marketing and promotional matters, and IP prosecution and protection. She has been recognized by clients and colleagues for her ability to collaborate to find the best solutions for her clients and she is a winner of the American Bar Association’s Top 40 Young Lawyers award and other professional accolades.

Charlie Giger has always focused on intellectual property law, working with Mark and Jordan as an extern during law school before formally joining Partridge Partners. His practice focuses on trademark and copyright litigation, trademark prosecution, brand protection, domain name issues, and appeals and has been instrumental in growing the team’s IP practice. After law school Charlie clerked for the Honorable William J. Bauer at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. From there he leveraged his experience at Partridge Partners, becoming the go-to person for complex research and brief writing. Charlie intends to further develop his appellate practice at Culhane Meadows.
