Jordan serves as an advisor who counsels clients about business needs and accomplishing overall goals. The role requires a balance between transactional work, enforcement and litigation.
The transactional side of her practice focuses on contracts, risk analysis, due diligence and IP prosecution such as applying for trademarks, copyrights and other protections for Intellectual Property. Jordan has experience drafting, analyzing and negotiating complex technology- and intellectual property-related commercial contracts including software licenses, SaaS/ASP, e-commerce, professional services, software development, privacy, cybersecurity, advertising, marketing, promotion agreements and compliance matters.
On the adversarial side, Jordan has years of experience with formal litigation and administrative enforcement of Intellectual Property rights. She oversees enforcement and litigation of commercial, intellectual property, internet and domain name disputes.

Jordan has functioned for many years as outside general counsel in the healthcare IT field, handling hundreds of transactions involving software licensing, data protection, and risk mitigation, working daily with CEOs, CFOs and in-house counsel on deals requiring immediate turn around.

Interesting Facts
Jordan has visited 49 of the 50 states. She has completed two Ironman triathlons but still finds the best workout is chasing after toddlers. When not busy lawyering, she enjoys swimming, snowboarding, and sailing with her family.
