Reed White has extensive experience structuring, negotiating, and documenting commercial finance transactions in a variety of sizes and complexity.  In his venture debt practice, Reed represents emerging technology companies throughout their debt funding lifecyle.  Reed also represents sponsor-backed portfolio companies in connection with credit facilities used for working capital, dividend recapitalization, and acquisitions.

Venture Debt

  • Approximately seventy-five transactions opposite lenders such as Banc of California, Bridge Bank, Cross River Bank, Customers Bank, Hercules Capital, Horizon Technology Finance, Live Oak Bank, Signature Bank, and Silicon Valley Bank

Private Equity

  • Approximately one hundred credit facilities
  • Represented portfolio company in connection with a $10,000,000 revolving line of credit from Comerica Bank
  • Represented sponsor in connection with a $7,000,000 platform acquisition term loan from Customers Bank
  • Represented sponsor in connection with a $40,000,000 platform acquisition term loan and $5,000,000 revolver from CIBC
  • Represented portfolio company in connection with a $35,000,000 bolt-on acquisition term loan from Whitehorse Capital
  • Represented portfolio company in connection with a $57,500,000 bolt-on acquisition term loan from Crestline
  • Represented portfolio company in connection with a $27,000,000 term loan and $2,500,000 revolver from Silicon Valley Bank
