Reena has over twenty-five years of experience representing technology and non-technology companies on a broad range of legal issues including negotiating complex sales and supply-side agreements with the largest Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to CM Law, Reena co-founded Arendes, Green, Richtermeyer & Stahl, a boutique firm focused on serving emerging technology companies. Before that Reena spent a number of years as a member of the Dell Legal Department. During her tenure at Dell, Reena was responsible for all legal matters associated with Dell’s Global Sales division and the outbound OEM group. Reena also held various other legal roles while at Dell including supporting IT and the Office of the CIO, Marketing, Services, and State/Local Government Relations.
Before joining Dell, Reena was an Associate with Jackson Walker LLP, a large Texas-based law firm. Reena started her career as an International Tax Consultant with Ernst & Young, where she provided legal advice on global tax matters.
