Reena has over twenty-five years of experience representing AI and technology companies on a broad range of legal issues including negotiating agreements with the largest Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to co-founding Arendes, Green, Richtermeyer & Stahl in 2010, Reena spent seven years as a member of the Dell Legal Department. During her tenure at Dell, Reena was responsible for all legal matters associated with Dell’s Global Sales division and Dell’s Integrated Solutions Group (outbound OEM sales) totaling over $2 billion dollars in annual sales revenue. Prior to this, she held legal roles at Dell supporting IT and the Office of the CIO, Marketing, Services, and State/Local Government Relations.
Before joining Dell, Reena was an Associate with Jackson Walker LLP, a large Texas-based law firm. As a member of both the Corporate and Intellectual Property practices, she worked closely with emerging technology companies.
Reena started her career as an International Tax Consultant with Ernst & Young, where she provided legal advice on structuring large organizations for global tax purposes including review of local and regional tax regulations and treaties.
