Ms. Fletcher’s legal practice focuses on cause marketing, corporate philanthropy, corporate foundations, and nonprofit organizations. Guided by her deep personal and professional experience in the nonprofit sector, she helps clients achieve their business, marketing, and social goals.

Ms. Fletcher regularly advises corporate clients on activities benefiting charities. She provides counsel on all aspects of commercial co-ventures, negotiating and documenting commercial co-venture agreements and overseeing state regulatory filings. She also helps craft claims and disclosures that comply with legal and self-regulatory requirements.

In addition, Ms. Fletcher structures charitable sponsorships and advises corporations, corporate foundations, and nonprofit organizations on a wide range of matters, including product donations, commercial contracts, and governance.

Prior to joining CM Law, Ms. Fletcher was an attorney with Friedman Law Group. She also served as Managing Director and General Counsel of the Usher III Initiative, a medical research foundation. Ms. Fletcher started her career handling health law matters related to under-resourced communities. She later spent ten years directing advocacy campaigns and providing legal counsel at the American Hospital Association before joining Edelman to found its legal department.

In addition to practicing law, Ms. Fletcher has held family foundation and family office leadership positions and executive produced a documentary film. She has been privileged to serve many nonprofit organizations as a board member, committee member, and volunteer.
