Scott Greenberg, a partner in Culhane Meadows’ NYC office and co-chair of the NY Intellectual Property Law Association’s Trademark Law and Practice Committee, hosted a half-day CLE program, entitled Hot Topics in IP Law, at the Princeton Club on July 18th.

He also moderated a panel, entitled Trademarks In Bankruptcy: The Supreme Court Finally Speaks, regarding the recent SCOTUS decision in the Mission Product Holdings case relating to the survivability of trademark license agreements within bankruptcy proceedings.
